About Margaret HORMANN BFA
Margaret has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from RMIT but has worked for many years in other mediums. She has work in the National Gallery of Victoria collection and in other private collections including international.Margaret loves photography but most of all she loves taking those photographs further and making them into a completely new creation. Since discovering Digital Art she has begun to create the kind of images that reflect her own personal response to the landscape, flowers, animals and birds on our planet. Margaret's works tend to be moody and reflective with subdued colours and lots of texture although occasionaly bright clear colours creep in. Margaret uses a Canon 500D to capture her images and edits them in Photoshop CS5 using multiple layers, textures, filters and blended images.
